A few simple ways for beautiful and healthy hair
We often forget that our routines have a big impact on the general condition of our hair. Before reaching out to commercial treatments, it is worth to consider our habits.

1. A handful of nuts a day

It is easy to dismiss our diet when weighting the factors that have a negative impact on our hair. However, before reaching out to the bottles of supplements, it is good to consider that some vitamins and minerals are more easily processed when delivered inside food. The daily consumption of products rich in zinc, silicon, copper, iron and vitamin D will have a beneficial effect on the condition of our hair. So what can you eat? Start by considering a handful of nuts and almonds, as well as pumpkin seeds, radish, celery and  other legumes.

2. A shot of cool water at the end of the shower

Another way to keep your hair looking healthy and shiny hair is to wash it at the right temperature. Showering with water that is either boiling hot or freezing cold can be extremely harmful. Remember to wash your hair in warm, lukewarm water, and at the end rinse it with cool water. This routine will help to close the cuticles and give them a smoother look. Additionally, it will help to maintain the right amount of water in your hair.

3. Homemade remedies

Not every hair problem requires an expensive solution.  Some of the remedies can be found in our kitchen, for instance: if you are struggling with split ends, try coconut oil; brittleness can be address by rinsing with beer; for strengthening the fibers – a mixture of egg whites; for hair loss try a mask with linseed.

4. Give your hair a rest

Do you love rocking that tight low bun, a high-topped ponytail or perfectly shaped hair? Remember that too tight hairstyles and frequent styling can cause your hair to gradually thin out. Long-lasting pressure and irritation of the hair follicles makes the hair become weak, thinner and more brittle. Therefore, give your hair a bit of time to rest and, as often as possible, wear it loose.

5. Protect it from high temperature

Proper hair care before drying and straightening is essential to keep it healthy. Each type of hair has its own requirements. Oil, serum, mask, or perhaps some homemade lotion from apple cider vinegar? Experiment and see best for your hair type.
