During the colder Autumns and Winters, your skin need extra nutrients. Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, allantoin, aloe or vitamin E, which you won’t be able to naturally replenish.

2. Sunscreen

Despite the low temperature, remember the UVA radiation is present throughout the year and it influences your skin condition.

3. Oils for dry skin

If your struggling with very dry skin, try natural oils. Argan, jojoba, linseed, macadamia… A few drops and a good application.
